The Web 2000 Conference kicked off yesterday with day long intensive sessions running the gamut of all things web. The conference is a gathering of a who's who in web development and standards. I went to Chris Frye's (of Organic fame) Web Process and Project Management session. It was fantastic. They presented some really good case studies and methodologies for handling very large projects.
